Virginia Legends Walk

Virginia Legends Walk honors special Virginians who have made our nation and the world a better place.

Anyone may nominate candidates for Virginia Legends Walk, but this year's entries must be received prior to May 15, 2008.

All nominees must meet these criteria for consideration:

  1. The candidate was born in Virginia.
  2. If the candidate was not born in Virginia, the achievement for which he or she is notable occurred while residing in Virginia.
  3. The candidate's accomplishment must have been of national or global importance.

Tax-exempt contributions to Virginia Legends Walk of as little as $5 are appreciated. Please send to VLW, 484 Viking Dr., #151, Va. Beach, VA 23452
